Guest Post: DSMeeBee Custom Wedding Design

Okay guys, I have such a treat for you today!!
I've known Danielle for over 10 years (can we admit that?! too late!) and she is incredible. I HAD to have her guest post, sharing her darling creations and amazing talents. Without further ado, here is Danielle! Don't forget to show her shop, facebook, and twitter some luvin', yo...

Hi Everyone!
My name is Danielle de Luna and I have known Jacy since high school. We used to be in all of the same art classes. I was born in Seoul South Korea and was adopted at the age of three to a happy home in Windsor CT. Ever since I was a little girl I have always loved making things. Working with my hands makes me the happiest.

I followed my love of designing and making to Mass College of Art where I received a BFA in Architecture with a minor in Sculpture. After I graduated I worked in a few architecture firms and I also worked as an architectural model maker. I think working on scaled very detailed architectural models  has helped with with the details I add into my wedding cake toppers and in my custom designs in general. After working for a few years I then went to the University of Kansas and received a Master of Architecture.

In the past 3 years I have been working in corporate architecture firms in Boston and a few months ago I got married myself! When I got engaged I really wanted to add personal touches to my own wedding that would make my day extra special. It was also extremely important to me to have small reminders of my Mother who passed away from Cancer when I was 12. Through designing and making these special elements for my own wedding I rediscovered my passion for making. As a trained architect, graphic designer, and sculptor I used all of my skills to create unique elements for personalized weddings.

In the past month I started working on DSMeeBee Custom Wedding Design full time. I used my design and crafts(woman)ship skills to create custom elements for unique couples. I love the small details of a wedding that can be personalized and custom made. Every bride and groom is different and it is my belief that it is in the wedding details where those unique qualities can shine.

Please visit my website www.dsmeebee.com or my Etsy store http://www.etsy.com/shop/DSMeeBee to see more of my products. Even if you don't see what you want I can work with you to create elements to make your perfect wedding vision a reality.

Thanks for reading!
