Dog Parks, Community and...My First Square Print

Happy weekend everyone! Normally I'm running around crazy on the weekends, family stuff and just so many celebrations to attend, but this morning I found myself able to enjoy some morning prayer with some of my sisters in Christ at church (7am!! I know, commitment means sacrifice lol!) and it was awesome. God is really moving in a mighty way and I cannot wait until tomorrow...

Afterward we took Jackie to the dog park to "chill" with her furry buddies. Idk if you ever been to a dog park but it is the funniest and cutest thing ever! Luckily the one we go to have small dogs and big dogs separate, but that doesn't stop some people from bringing in their tiny toy yippers into the big barkers area. Poor little guy gets sniffed to death and has to run under all the other dogs to get away! haha

There is just something cool about the community of a dog park. All the owners are gathered together for one purpose: their dogs. And because of that one purpose, we are all able to swap stories and fellowship. Community is so important and I think that is why I am so drawn to my church and places like Etsy. It really doesn't matter where you go, you can find a fellowship with people gathered together for one special purpose. To share, to laugh, to be supportive and help one another within that purpose...so if you are not part of any community, find one! You cannot have a healthy life by staying to yourself, much like you cannot have a successful business by having fellowship with just yourself...get out there and get connected!

That is how we were made, to be together as one, in one accord. Unified like the body of Christ. Yeah, there may be some bad apples in the bunch but that is when you have to remember why you are there, that main purpose, and focus on that. Then everything will work itself out..
"Breathe" is my latest print in my shop however it is my first square print set! Whoohoo!
It is about freedom and loving life. Enjoying those moments of simplicity and beauty.

So today, even if you are not feeling up to it, take a deep breath,
count your blessings and get out of your comfort zone!
Even in nature ants and birds have their communities...
Get motivated to get out there and you may be surprised
by what great things come your way...
